We have market leading products, but can do so much more when it comes to being true partners, educators and resources of trusted content to our customers. We need someone who is experienced in understanding an audience and what their true needs are.   Someone who can develop the appropriate content to ensure customers find us, trust us, and ask us to business with them.   If you're looking to slide in to an established role where you'll be asked to do what the person before you did, this role is not for you. Use audience insights, personas, keyword research, messaging themes, campaign plans, competitive information and content performance analytics to develop content Create a steady stream of primary and derivative asset types that can be leveraged across various channels and use cases Engage and collaborate with cross-functional participants (e. G. product marketing, marketing operations, IT, agencies, freelancers) as needed to support content ideation, creation, activation and measurement requirements Collaborate with other functions to gather the information needed to optimize content asset creation, performance and measurement Implement, support and evangelize content marketing practices Collaborate with content strategists to integrate and repurpose content marketing and campaign content where appropriate Collect, analyze and report on content marketing success via standard content marketing–related KPIs, using Web analytics tools, marketing automation platforms, social media management tools, content marketing software and business intelligence platforms to inform and optimize ongoing content marketing efforts Skills:
Ability to understand, digest and articulate complex concepts for mass consumption via engaging content Excellent research and interviewing skills Strong writing and editing skills Strong project management and organizational skills;
ability to juggle multiple projects successfully and prioritize tasks effectively Excellent communication, collaboration and consensus-building skills – ability to work with cross-functional teams including upstream content contributors and downstream content activators Behaviors:
Excellent communicator, including keen listening skills Creative and innovative – discerning the essential points or storyline from information Strong business acumen Able to quickly learn and understand new concepts, tools and markets Champions audience needs and interests Detail oriented, well organized, efficient with time management Must Haves:
  Bachelor's degree;
degrees in English, Journalism, Marketing, Liberal arts, Media or Communications are preferred Minimum of 5 years of  related experience (e. G. publishing, editorial, journalism, content marketing, copywriting, digital marketing),  or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience Complex project management experience Medical device experience desirable         Your Answer Is this the position you were waiting for?
