** facebook is seeking a motivated, highly-organized, detail-oriented process specialist - compliance with impeccable judgment to join the payments compliance team in dublin. reporting to the emerging products team lead the role will include the design and implementation of new processes for existing platforms while also focusing on our obligations regarding aml/ctf for any new product launches. you will work collaboratively with a dynamic group of xfn stakeholders including but not limited to compliance - legal - policy - product - security - operations. you will create innovative scalable compliance systems and processes to harness the "transactional" power of facebook, instagram, whatsapp, messenger and other facebook companies. you will help facebook payments ensure that its compliance policies, internal controls and systems help facebook in its mission to "make the world more open and connected. " **required skills:
** 1. design and implement robust processes for all new product launches 2. review and improve operational efficiencies of processes 3. develop deep cross-functional partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders in order to provide superior product support and minimize compliance risk 4. consult with and provide insights to product development teams during emerging product developments 5. apply analytic techniques to complex information sets in order to make logical and supported recommendations 6. producing timely and accurate management information to assist decision-making processes within the team and cross-functionally 7. monitoring trends and patterns within the defined process area to identify upstream risk and taking appropriate action to mitigate such risks **minimum ** 8. proven experience working in a project focused position working to tight deadlines 9. the ability to execute on your initiatives will be crucial to your success. to take a new concept/change and successfully implement it into the business 10. strong process improvement and design capabilities 11. exposure to integrating new products/platforms into an existing global environment 12. ability to work with internal and external stakeholders and vendors 13. comfortable working with ambiguity 14. working knowledge of aml/ctf and international sanctions **preferred ** 15. acams or acoi certifications would be well regarded but is by no means essential **industry:
