Responsibilities:
Learn all aspects of supermarket operations, including inventory management, customer service, and team leadership
Assist the Supermarket Manager in day-to-day operations, helping to ensure smooth and efficient running of the store
Supervise staff and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies and procedures
Assist with merchandising and product placement to optimise sales and customer experience
Take on additional responsibilities and projects as directed by management to support the overall success of the store
Requirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory role within a retail environment
Strong leadership skills and a passion for developing and motivating teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and grow, with a desire to advance into a management role
